Reporting :- Engineering Plastics Plant / Manager
Education & Qualification:
Ø B.E/B.Tech, Diploma, M.E/M.Tech/MS, M.Sc
Ø Category : Production/ Engg/ R&D
Ø Role – Quality Assurance/ Control
Ø More than 5 years Experience in Instrumentation : Procuring Quality Control Instruments & Development.

Representative Main tasks :
§ To ensure raw material and finished product specifications and their analytical procedures are latest and are updated whenever required and circulated to the concerned people.
§ To ensure the maintenance and the calibration of the analytical instruments & injection moulding machine as per the plan.
§ To ensure the improvement plans are implemented as per the road maps.
§ To customise the analytical methods and implementation.
§ To conceptualize & implement ISO related systems.
§ To ensure that all the testings are being done according to the approved Sampling Plan (in process and finished product) and Test Plan (incoming raw materials).
§ To analyze, plot and interpret quality data to monitor for trends and detect abnormalities as well as to investigate the causes of quality problems.
§ To issue certificate of analysis for out going finished goods.
§ Create innovative ideas and development of QC equipments
§ Ensure Total Productivity Maintenance
§ Ability to analyse repetitive / Non repetitive defects and implement corrective & preventive actions.
§ Ability to improvise / modernize products testing procedures
