Salary Range: Rupees 2,00,000 – 3,25,000
The Product/sales Specialist would be responsible for selling medical equipments and services associated with PIKA Medical Pvt. Ltd, within a defined geographic market. The role is responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within the established geographic territory as well as maintaining customer relationships with the accounts in their established geographic territory.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Sales & After-Sales
* Generating, qualifying and converting new leads into customers, in addition to growing & maintaining the existing customer base.
* Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating equipment capabilities on assigned medical products in assigned territory
* Sales negotiations & deal closure at the customer, interfacing with all the key business influencers such as direct users of the products as well as department heads.
* Co-ordinate before/after sale activities related to order processing, deliveries, installation, payments.
* Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
* Generate record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers.
* Develop & continuously maintain a high level of product knowledge of PIKA’s product portfolio as well as competitive products
* Providing leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive product sales
(3) Servicing
* To provide basic troubleshooting, loaner replacements to customers
* Tracking service deliveries from start to completion
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile Description: * Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering background desired
* Knowledge of the Healthcare industry
* Freshers
* Technical understanding of modalities
* Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stay depending on geography and business needs as well as sales meetings and trade shows.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently as well as in a team
* Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization.
* Self-motivated and result oriented
* Strong written & verbal communication skills. Fluent in English
* Negotiating & selling skills required
* Appreciation of business environment
