A leading Middle East biomedical organization is looking to fill positions for application specialists and biomedical engineers to support the Sequencing and Microarray products within its life sciences division
1. Job responsibilities will include -but not limited to- the following tasks:
• Technical and product support and guidance to all distribution partners across the region
• Liaise with product and marketing personnel to offer the necessary support to distribution partners & customers and fully service their accounts.
• Attend and comprehend technical training sessions and be able to provide the necessary technical support and back up to customers.
• Provide after sale engineering services to sequencing, microarray and other fluorescent/laser based technologies
• Provide technical training to local distributors/customers; including:
i. Webinars
ii. Presentations
iii. Seminars & workshops
iv. Develop Printed materials (Flyers, brochures, catalogs…etc.)
• Conduct lab training and troubleshooting of procedures and protocols
