Qualification: -Bsc- /M.Sc-Physics & electronics/B.E.instrumentation /Biomedical Engineering./Medical Note: (M.Sc. in Physics with Electronics as one subject / BE withelectronics(Instrumentation/communications etc.).

Impart training to end-users as well as service engineers in thepost-implementation phase.
Interface with end-users for installation ofmachinery and getting product feedback as well as and coordinating withfactories, marketing heads and accounts department.
·Generation of revenue through annual maintenance contract and sparessale.
·Pivotal in building and maintaining prolific business relations with thecustomers, thus enhancing customer satisfaction matrices by achievingdelivery& service quality norms.
Resolve customer complaints within minimumturnaround time;
drawing inputs on competitors moves and facilitating policy realignments toremain firmly afloat in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile:
2. 2~3 years experience in the field ofAnalytical Instruments / Medical Instruments.
3. Demonstrated technical skills and focus on customer support5. Strong communications
6 Self motivated, process driven, results oriented and able to lead withlittle or no management oversight.
1st Preference – Filed Service Experience of 2-3 years on Computer / Microprocessor based instruments.
2nd Preference – Freshers with Good Academic backgound.
NOTE:
· Our need is hardcore field service engineers, preferablyyoung with 2~3 years experience who are willing and able to travel extensively.
·We do not need managers at present. Hence candidateswho are looking for managerial positions will not be preferred for our need.
