Location: Chennai
Exp:1-3 year
Qualification: -Bsc- /M.Sc-Physics & electronics/B.E.instrumentation / Biomedical Engineering./Medical
Note: (M.Sc. in Physics with Electronics as one subject / BE with electronics(Instrumentation/communications etc.).
Job Profile

Impart training to end-users as well as service engineers in the post-implementation phase.Interface with end-users for installation of machinery and getting productfeedback as well as and coordinating with factories, marketing headsand
accounts department.
·Generation of revenue through annual maintenance contract and sparessale.
·Pivotal in building and maintaining prolific business relations with the customers, thus enhancing customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery& service quality norms. Resolve customer complaints within minimum turnaround time;
drawing inputs on competitors moves and facilitating policy realignments to remain firmly afloat in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile:
2. 2~3 years experience in the field of Analytical Instruments / Medical Instruments.
3. Demonstrated technical skills and focus on customer support
5. Strong communications
6. Self motivated, process driven, results oriented and able to lead with little or no management oversight.
