Job Title: Sales/Service Engineer
CTC: Basic + incentives+allowances based on sales performance as per industry standards
Experience: 0 to1 Year of industry experience in healthcare sales operations for Sales/service engineer.
The Sales Intern/Engineer will be responsible for medical equipment product sale (X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT, Cathlab medical scanner machines) to diagnostic center, nursing homes, clinics & hospitals, product introduction to market, product training. He will have key responsibilities to generate leads and follow-up of same to close deal with end customer, he will also be responsible for sales/ market promotion activities, help development and service team to fix customer issues and evolve products.
v Lead generation and follow-up, searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions;
v Travelling to visit potential clients and developing and growing long-term relationships with customers;
v Managing and interpreting customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs, persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
v Calculating client quotations, negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
v Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions, Offering after-sales support services.
v Administering client accounts, analyzing costs and sales, preparing reports for head office.
v Meeting regular sales targets
v Recording and maintaining client contact data;
v Coordinating sales projects, supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
v Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
v Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education,
v Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
v Solving client problems, helping in the design of custom-made products.
v Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with knowledge, passion and interest in Healthcare Industry Domain and Medical Devices (like X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT/ MR… etc) sales and knowledge of technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, and submitting reports. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must be prepared for extensive travelv Mandatory
