ADMISSION NOTICE 2011-12
GATE qualified candidates with valid GATE score in the relevant subjects may seek for Direct Admission without Entrance Examination in the M.Tech. in Information Technology, Electronics Design & Technology, Bioelectronics and Energy Technology , provided they meet the cut off score. (iii) Ph.D. programme on the basis of written test and personal interview conducted by the Departments. List of the candidates short listed for written test and personal interview will be displayed on the TU website. No call letter will be issued separately.
Reservation and relaxation of marks : As per the Govt. of India rules. In cases of M. Tech. programmes in Information Technology, Energy Technology, Electronics Design & Technology, Bioelectronics and PGDiploma in Mobile and Multimedia Communication some seats are reserved for sponsored candidates. However, they have to qualify Tezpur University Entrance Examination 2011.
