OR Masters’ qualification (M.Pharm/ MBA/ PGDM)

Job Description:

The Analyst’s primary responsibility is to work with senior managers and clients on projects and

proposals, with responsibility for appropriate high levels of service to internal and external clients.

  • Day to day involvement with projects, qualitative and quantitative analysis, questionnaire design,
  • Discussion guide design, data analysis, interpretation and development of reports, and preparationof presentations of findings.
  • Undertaking client presentations while accompanied by senior account team members.
  • Developing individual job costs, monitoring job costs throughout a project and ensuring profitability, under supervision.
  • Assistance with the management of staff in the team, including delegation and training of staff and assistance with annual evaluations and monitoring of progress of staff.
  • Assisting senior managers to ensure all procedures and policies are adhered to.

Senior Researcher Requirements:

Education:(UG – B.Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Bio Medical Engineering) AND (PG-MBA/PGDM -Marketing)

Should be well experienced in Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies within healthcare sector.

Experience: 2-4 Years.

Job Description:

  • Design discussion guides and questionnaires to ensure they provide meaningful data and are actionable.
  • Carry out competitive intelligence research to support research in all countries in the region.
  • Handle quantitative and qualitative research project in addition to routine consulting work.
  • Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the discussion guides and questionnaires.
  • Liaise with project director, junior researchers, DP and fieldwork operations to ensure the progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays.
  • Communicate in collaboration with project manager, with clients constantly on project updates, issues and to build rapport to encourage repeat business independently.
  • Support and prepare regional and local proposals for review and estimate and supervise costing preparation to achieve competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
  • Check work of junior researchers (e.g. code frames; CATI scripts; DP specs, etc.) to ensure proper standards are met.
  •  Design reports and charts to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions.
  • Conduct client workshops to help implement the results.
  •  Write the conclusions to clearly and accurately represent the insights of the findings, with
  • recommendations, conduct presentations to clients.
  • Train and coach junior researchers to ensure they acquire basic research techniques.
  • Assist senior members on ad-hoc projects as assigned.
