TWO POSITIONS OF NEUROSCIENCE RESEARCH IN OSMANIA UNIVERSITY

Applications on prescribed form obtainable from the Director, OU press, Osmania University, Hyderabad-500 007 are invited from the candidates to work as JRF (2 Posts) in a Neuroscience research project entitled “Neurodegeneration in developing rat brain with experimental fluorosis – studies on excitotoxicity and microglial activation mechanisms“sponsored by DBT, Govt. of India (Ref No: BTIPRJ140401Medl30/336/2010, dated 10-10- 2010) for period of three (3) years.

Principal Investigator: Prof.K. Pratap Reddy

Stipend: 16,000/-+HRA per month

Essential Qualifications:

  • M.Sc Zoology with Neurobiology as specialization
  • CSIR/UGC/NET/GATE
  • Desirable experience in the relevant subject area.
