The Anna University, Chennai is organizing an International Workshop on Biomedical Sciences and Technologies.
This workshop is for the benefit of research scholars, college teachers,researchers from science and engineering, research and development sectors and industrialist in India. The speakers are both from abroad and India.
The workshop is intended to cover the following topics:

- Biosignal processing and Medical Imaging
- Rehabilitation Engineering
- Biophotonics, Nanophotonics
- Optical biopsy and imaging
- Advanced radiation therapeutic instruments and techniques

College of Engineering (COEP), Pune and Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Thiruvananthapuram, are jointly organising an International Clinical Engineering Workshop (ICEW-India, 2011) in February, 2011 (20th to 25th) in Pune. This is the second of the series of Workshops launched in Thiruvananthapuram in October 2009 with the first Indo-US Advanced Clinical Engineering Workshop (ACEW-India, 2009) .
