NISTADS, Delhi, desires to engage the qualified incumbent for the following purely
temporary positions under the DST sponsored project “Measures of Performance of
Universities in India: An Analysis of the Publication Output in Science and
Technology”. The position is for 1 year duration, which may be extended subject to
the extension of the project. However, the position will be co-terminus with the
project.
(1) Project Assistant (1 Position)
Essential qualifications: M. Sc. /B. E. /B. Tech. /MCA or equivalent from any
recognised university/institution with a good academic record from matriculation
onward.
Desirable: Knowledge of preliminary statistics and SCOPUS database is desirable.
Stipend: Rs. 10,000/- pm. Performance based incentive (bonus) equivalent to 1-2
month may be provided at the end of the year.
Age Limit: 28 years (age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidate as per Govt. of India
instructions)
