A prototype respiratory humidifier, developed in New Zealand for use with patients in hospital intensive care situations, was taken to the production stage by Fisher & Paykel. The original prototype was an Agee preserving jar which evolved into a product that is saving lives around the world. The respiratory humidifier is considered a superb example of Kiwi Ingenuity.
In November 2001, as part of a re-organization, Fisher & Paykel Industries was renamed Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited and a new company, Fisher & Paykel Appliances Holdings Limited, was established to own the Fisher & Paykel appliance and finance businesses. In connection with the re-organization, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange and the Australian Stock Exchange.
Job Description
To ensure Implementation of Company’s market strategies in all territories.
To help Team Members to handle tough Customers.
To ensure availability of products at Dealers and sales business, Development & Marketing of medical Equipments.
Handling Demo of the machines and promotions to sell the products and grow the market share.
Contributing to product development through feedback and innovation.
Will be actively develop and grow the business and implement a sales strategy in line with this to achieve targeted revenue goals and consistent revenue growth, whilst recognizing that our people are the key to our success.
In depth understanding of the Market and its future development with ability to interact with the market.
To ensure to build relationships with key stakeholders in the HealthCare industry and maximize, create lead generation activities.
Identify and evaluate market opportunities by focusing on the bottom line, achieving desired results and to champion emerging technologies and look for new opportunities in the market.
Keep abreast of relevant emerging technology, market and product developments and prepare the market for delivery of same.
Flexibility will be required to travel to national and international meetings / conferences/exhibitions etc.
Work in compliance with company policies and procedures, meeting all; regulatory, quality and business requirements.
