Description
|
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering Degree (Electronics / Mechanical / biomedical) or equivalent from a well known university
- Approximately 2 – 7yrs of relevant experience on medical instruments in hospitals and laboratories.
- Self reliant and a good ability to work as a team player
- Willing to travel extensively
RESPONIBILITIES
- Support / Service products in South & West part of India based at Mumbai & Bangalore
- Serve the customers with trainings.
- Trouble shooting and upgrading Software & Hardware.Write service reports , statistics of spare parts usage etc
- Get customer’s instruments up running as quick as possible, if there is a failure/ breakdown on the instrument.
- Understand the technology and reagents / handling / application.
- Be internal IT person , if required
- Daily visiting clients to develop good rapport / have a proactive approach for training / guidance so that breakdowns are reduced & customers are happy with service.
