Job Description:
The Sales/service engineer will be responsible for medical equipment product sale (X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT, Cathlab medical scanner machines) to diagnostic center, nursing homes, clinics & hospitals, product introduction to market, product training. He will have key responsibilities to generate leads and follow-up of same to close deal with end customer, he will also be responsible for sales/ market promotion activities, help development and service team to fix customer issues and evolve products.
Responsibilities
v Lead generation and follow-up, searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions;
v Travelling to visit potential clients and developing and growing long-term relationships with customers;
v Managing and interpreting customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs, persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
v Calculating client quotations, negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
v Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions, Offering after-sales support services.
v Administering client accounts, analyzing costs and sales, preparing reports for head office.

Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, and submitting reports.
