M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Clinical Science with first division or M.Sc. in Microbiology/ Biochemistry with First division with Ph.D.

Preference will be given to Ph.D. holders. If M.Tech./M.E./M.Arch. degree holders not found then the candidates with first division Bachelors Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture will be considered.

Pay Scale: For those having B.E./B.Tech/ M.Sc./MA/B.Arch/MBA Rs. 22,000/- per month ,For those having M.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Phil /M.Arch Rs. 23,500/- per month, For those having Ph.D Rs. 25,000/- per month

A: Biomedical equipment technicians are specialists in the support, maintenance and repair of medial technology. Technicians work as a part of the health care team with a variety of medical devices that diagnose, treat and assist patients. We install, inspect, calibrate, modify, test and repair a wide range of medical equipment to meet medical standard guidelines as well as educate, train and advise medical staff on the proper use of equipment.

World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program 2010

DESCRIPTION

Introduction:

In 1987, the World Bank, with funding from the Government of Japan, established the World Bank Graduate Scholarship for graduate studies in subjects related to economic development. Each year, the Program awards scholarships to individuals from World Bank member countries to undertake graduate studies at renowned universities throughout member countries of the Bank.

Now in its 23d year, the Regular Program has awarded 3,153 scholarships, selected from 58,944 applicants. In addition, 1,226 scholarships have been awarded in the various JJ/WBGSP Partnership Programs for a total of 4,379 awards.
